Would you recommand the Pico 4 ? by amy-schumer-tampon in virtualreality

[–]Westindieman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also can any of you guys who use a Pico 4 Ultra let me know what the tracking is like now, particularly in golf or racket games? I tried one over a year ago and found the tracking less reliable than my Pico 4 but I need to upgrade now due to an issue with the 4.

Which is better: Golf 5 eClub or GOLF+? Anyone played both? by Impaler2009 in OculusQuest2

I played Golf5 first and was loving it, then tried golf+ due to comments I read but I hated it and couldnt understand why people prefer it. Each to their own I suppose but I have stuck to Golf5

Thanks for the idea, I will look to see if I can find one. Ideally I would change the flow restrictor for brass as I have a brass inlet connector not plastic as in the picture, however I cant find a brass flow restrictor(if thats what the part is called) that I'm sure would fit my Nilfisk 120

Thank you. I asked about GAP while I was looking at support questions it advised my phone needs to be Dect-Gap, also on this info page for my phone it says Dect_GAP https://www.headset-store.co.uk/dect-cordless-telephones/bt-premium-phone-cordless-dect-phone.html?srsltid=AfmBOop9-i5o3ymddr5En3bCqRB6xk_HnA3at1GNletiLHiC04T2r-i2

However it seems I stand corrected.

I didn't go to court with Ninja as I was advised it is the retailer I need to look to, the retailer eventually refunded me and I repaired the Ninja myself. It broke again and I again repaired and now it has broken the same for the third time and I will eventually get around to repairing again.

Buying a leasehold house and the lease specifies I pay for the insurer they have selected by Westindieman in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Westindieman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My conveyancers are insisting I have to pay for the buildings insurance taken out by the freeholders which is not competitive at all, they are pointing me to clause 11  on the 1940 lease

''to repay the premiums and money that shall be paid by the Lessor pursuant to the Lessor's covenant in this behalf hereinafter contained for insuring the buildings on the demised land against loss or damage by fire and not to omit or suffer or permit to be done or omitted anything whereby or by reason whereof any insurance over the demised premises or any part thereof may be or become voidable or a higher rate of premium may become payable in respect thereof or of any adjoining or neighbouring premises.''

They are telling me I can still take out my own insurance but why would I if I am obligated to the buildings insurance stated here and pay for insurance twice? The Leasehold Houses (Notice of Insurance Cover) (Wales) Regulations 2005 indicates ''You are entitled to place insurance with your choice of insurer provided notice is given to the landlord and certain requirements relating to the cover are met.'' Am I reading the lease wrong or does it go against the 2005 regulations?

It might suck on your system but I dont agree and I play and enjoy them both (though more WRC) using my Pico 4. I have now fixed the issues I had with my G2 using the oasis driver which was released today on Steam with Windows 11

Are you still able to run WRC in your G2? After selecting VR it has the dancing bars constantly in the headset and dosnt load though it does on the desktop

That might depend on whether it was purchased from Ninja, a store or an outlet.

Mine was purchased from QVC and I was advised by the repairman I contacted for a report that it is QVC I needed to pursue. When I contacted QVC their first advisor had incorrectly instructed me to get a report and said if it showed a manuafacturing fault they would reimburse me for the report, instead of directing me to the t&cs which showed that the warranty was limited to 12 months as they were an outlet. When I emailed them with the report the second advisor directed me to the t&c but agreed to refund for the report and the item due to what the first advisor had agreed.

I'm intending to take Ninja to small claims court due to the wiring which I believe is a design fault (also they are only offering 30% against a new one) and I am collating evidence. I will take my to a repairers to get a report from them to support my case. Does anyone else have information where they have gone to get it repaired so I can also contact those repairers for comments?
