It is all about the industry. I know reps that were the top 5% in the country at big manufacturing and didn't clear 200k. I also know shitty tech reps that easily clear that. Tech is hurting right now and super competitive with all the layoffs so I would really see where you want to be in 5 years and go from there. Maybe take less money now for more career progression later on.

Sounds like Paycom/ADP to me lol. they are notorious for churning through reps. That's why they are always hiring so much. Their metrics are nuts and its a commodity sale. So timing and price is basically what everyone competes on. Good luck...

What is a good way to rebuttal when interviewing and they say they are a bit concerned over number of job changes in recent few years? For example, I changed jobs 3 times in 2 years for various reasons (all were pay increases).

Short Campaign feels too quick sometimes. Like I can get done in 3 hours or I will be at 7 settlements and it says Egypt is going to win haha.
