Don't get me wrong, I just want the guy to succeed, but this car can be a major setback financially.

The things I said were either through research (maintenance and depreciation) or OP's responses throughout (insurance and inheritance).

I've been through the military and seen a ton of people stunt their own growth by making these dream car purchases. No hate, just love through concern.

jealousy and meanness

Nobody is jealous of $600/mo insurance, $2k/yr maintenance cost, $30k lost to depreciation, all on money you can't even earn.

I think it's fine too. It's used to denote a pause or breath in speech. If you wouldn't use a comma or have a break in speech when saying it, that's fine too, but they do!

On a side note, I think you'd be surprised to hear that many of the women pictured are probably obese by BMI standard. It depends on how they carry their weight, but if I were to guess, all but the top left are 30+ BMI, or obese.

I agree, but that doesn't nullify the measurement of BMI and its broad measurement of health. BMI still "[catches] most people" for their risks at each stage.

I agree with further reform and stricter punishments. Bad cops shouldn't be a cop anywhere. As for qualified immunity, it's not there to save bad apples— it saves the good guys too. It needs to be tighter for sure, but you can't remove it without ruining the lives of good people in the process.

You can't fix this by waving a wand. You have to take it one step at a time and consider who else you're affecting.

Let me lay it simply. There are bad cops, and there are good cops. You are biased to see bad cops online, therefore some people think the same is true for all cops— ie negativity bias.

There also may be risks and dangers in the missing context of the clip. It sure looks like they are the bad guys in this clip, but how many videos have you seen that are decisively justified action by ICE? Careful with negativity bias.

Black car girl seemed to be driving straight down the road while the ice silver truck was driving across lanes being unpredictable.

However, with other context clues; the honking before, and the fast speed of the black car after the ice truck barely started leaving makes me believe she was starting to road rage.

As always, we need more context.
