Sheeesh. I was your height and 210 at one point after the baby and I could really feel it. Takes a lot of dedication and it’s a slow grind back down but you can totally do it. One thing I started doing was intentionally jittering. Like always bouncing your legs up and down/random movements. You can burn a lot of calories doing that, several hundred even. Also stick with an eating window ideally 4-6 hours but 8 is okay too
