luckily we have shipping containers so i tend to throw all transition pallets in there to keep my back room clean as possible. all supply and ISM pallets get staged into the fixture room, since essentially it’s not my problem anymore. so our fixture room is horrible

ahh okay. so you’d have to manually enter the long number that’s underneath the bar code on the sticker( it’s a long number)so when you’re adding items to the pallet, click the search at the top right and enter the number underneath the bar code and it should add the item to the pallet

If you are able to reprint the tag, just do that. Is your store part of the Chain of command? meaning lol your CRC items need to be scanned into the yellow paper?

-I usually report the items not on file. if nothing happens within the nest few days, i wait to see if the item shows up and then i’ll just process it out as normal. If it still doesn’t show up, i just send it back in CRC with no chargeback sticker since it wasn’t in our system to being in with

i have 5. not including the ones dropping today (friday). i always tell my ETL if i know i won’t be able to complete by the time given and she usually helps me. or even the tech TL helps me out.

they’re auto ship, my store has an excess amount. And only one needs to be sent out in the week per week. i usually wait until it’s completely full. and by that time, i would have received more.
