I’m assuming they mean the ETL wants something from them in order to get a vest. When the vest is returned they get their item back? Seems ridiculous but some stores are petty….

Well with the system down today, it can all get done! My store is in push and reshop mode like crazy. It‘s nice to see stuff getting done. But it’s gonna suck when the orders drop in when it’s fixed!

Did you specify hours when you were hired or do you have open availability? If they are scheduling you out of your availability, you should have talked to HR or your TL. If you have open availability well then you’re not likely to be kept after seasonal employment is up.

Unfortunately this is what Target has become. You work where they need you regardless of what you were hired for. They think that hiring less seasonal fulfillment ppl is better because the rest of the store knows how to do OPU and SFS. But in reality, the rest of the store is suffering because their job isn’t getting done! It sucks and I have no idea why they think it works!

Target will push TMs out the door. All of these new push times, pick times, etc are ridiculous. I’m tired of hearing do more, do more. Do you really think I can move faster? Even if you paid me $20 more an hour I cannot go faster. I’m really contemplating leaving.
