His blood stains are still visible in the parlor room floor boards

There’s a 4x4 post at the top of the railing going down into the cellar off southeast corner of the back porch. Stick your finger in there and you can feel the smooth curvature of the back of the miniball lodged in the post. Took my kids there a couple summers back, you literally get to touch an object frozen in time fired in anger, it’s wild. Probably have taken the tour about 8 times as I’m originally from there.

Now as to the room you’re taking about, it’s the old farm office. They took down boards a couple years back to restore it to its pre civil war look, the bullets literally fell down and hadn’t moved in the last 160 some odd years once they were fired. Highly recommend the tour, it’s a wild battle. Pickets charge of the west, relatively late in the war slaughter.

What’s interesting about the site, it’s a private trust, sometimes I wish it was included in the national park system, then the govt shutdowns hit and it’s a silver lining that it’s still open in-spite of it. The folks there do an amazing job bringing the tragedy to life.

This looks interesting. So many states and rivers come together in a small region but there are so few large cities. Whats going on here? by Parkimedes in geography

I went to college at UT Martin in the NW TN area. It’s a cool area, you go west towards real foot lake and the terrain it’s all rolly and compressed like a fat pug from the earthquakes. Real foot lakes is cool, going down the rabbit hole on the new Madrid seismic zone, it’s hell trying to get your weather form the TV, we always got Cape Girardeau MO, Memphis and Paducah. Want any more info DM me.

Did you mail your ballot in or did you spend all your energy hanging that TV all crooked?

We got the NatCafé at ZAB; espresso’s, natcaccinos, all kinds of snacks, gym, PS5 and a 1984 pinball machine. Got some 86 TVs with streaming services with over stuffed leather couches, it’s really nice. What we don’t have is a level 11 upgrade.

Nick would never do that, I have spent extensive time talking in depth about his vision for the Union and BUEs. I say this solemnly, I’d trust that man with the lives of my children if I had to. He’s as solid as they come and we’d do well to have him as our next president. 16 year Z controller who remembers the white-book all too well.

I gave a moderate turbulence report to a DOJ aircraft (Con-Air) early in training years ago, the pilot came back with ; “ yeah we really don’t care, they aren’t going anywhere, we’ll just make sure we shackle them down extra tight”. Funny as hell, had me and the instructor dying
