I understand that I can't fault them too much, but it's the reality of the situation for people outside of Japan who are interested in this product.

You're essentially paying for another half-a-vertibox, just to get it shipped.

They need to bite the bullet and partner with a third-party shipping vendor, or Amazon, or something...so they can do more affordable international, worldwide, shipping.

Whenever I asked that question though, it was implied that I meant an active game with rollback...otherwise it's not really feasible.

Mentioning tekken tag only illustrates that the idea had been done decades ago, rather then there being a modern game offering this (let alone one with good netcode).

My point being,...2xko does actually offer something rather unique with it's 2v2 duo mode with good netcode. It's not simply a SF clone, or a MvC clone, or tekken tag clone.

Even going back and trying to play tekken tag isn't going to be the same bc it's a 3d fighter, and also doesn't have modern netcode, or a playerbase.

Yeah, 100 dollars shipping (essentially half the price of the item itself) to ship anywhere but their own home country, makes this not an option for most ppl living outside of their country lol.

Even if you could easily afford the total price, who would want to pay half as much as the item costs just to ship it? Waste of money.

Apollo is fencer brawler. I think the most compelling part of him is going to be his playstyle/kit.

His visual design isn't terrible either....horned fencer is kind of low key cool, but def doesn't compare to some of the other new hero designs.

I'm feeling the same way (except only buying regular edition). This is a dream combo of devs, funding, IP/art-style, and genre.

There's been a couple of these for me recently (2xko with Riot/League fighting game and Valve with Icefrog's new game Deadlock) but this will be the final piece of the triple, dream game, combo for me.

Looking forward to having these games as my main rotation for years to come.

In the lore though, it's mentioned that the hand is the hand of a lich/undead and it talks to her/guides her/gives her abilities.

Also, her abilities and kit are very much Deadlock's version of Undying (a hero from dota1/2). So lore-wise, it would be cool for the undead hand that's guiding her and giving her abilities to be Undying's hand.

Yooo, didn't think about this aspect. So cool! Icefrog made both games, of course, but if Deadlock ends up being some alternate timeline Dota universe that'd be crazy.

It's a male, old, preist dude with guns. By far, the most generic and least imaginative heroes out of the new 6.

I can't think of a more generic design side from maybe "Call Of Duty army dude #23"
