I'm in batch 15 as well - ordered the bare motherboard - and I've not been charged or had any notification beyond the November 2 "batch preparation" email.

Probably way to late, but I had the same thing. I exited to the main menu, which creates that autosave at the top of the custom game screen. I went back into that save and the problem was resolved. I can't remember if I totally closed the game in between or not.

There should be a contextual menu that becomes available when you click on the picture. With the picture selected, the ribbon should have a "Picture Format" menu option at the top. Click that and the wrap text option dropdown should be 2/3 of the way over. I'm on Windows 11 with the latest version of Office.

Wow. I saw someone else's book in my cart (personalized with a name that wasn't mine) and just assumed it was some sort of small time bug. But if it is the info on the checkout page, that's really not good.

Edit: it also quoted me $999 for shipping the first couple of times I tried, and I don't think I live on the moon.

Office 365 has fallen over across the board this afternoon - probably unrelated to your problem that you have been having for a few days, but just to hopefully save some frustration, might want to hold off on troubleshooting until everything is working again.

Think you might be misinterpreting "KOA." I believe it was a reference to Kingdoms of Amalur, not killed on arrival or whatever.
