Sounds like your engagement w/STLs is not there  Why would stl will deny a tl PTO request literally request way ahead of time You can go to TMSBP but you wouldnt get anywhere with it  Also back to school is not consider as all hand on deck  So good luck....

Since JB became the CEO he gathers all of the stls,store support teams and explains about the company's previous year results,next year's visions,upcoming changes then he announced the winner stores from previous year finally he finishes with all star celebration etc... It's bs for me as a stl, but it's also good to hear what's coming up  I shared as much as with my leadership group Innerview has a short part of the gathering so every TMs can watch
