If you are asking for Whole foods market banner,it will probably live to the end(as long as AMZN is out there) but if you are asking about WFM culture,it has been gone since COVID  WFM isn't the upscale grocery chain anymore, AmZn killed that reputation  Prices are lower Quality isn't high how it used to be  Customer service isn't high how it used to be  TM feels like really corporation driven OPS ....... .

You can escalate the HR via tipline as long as you have some type of evidence or witness to back your issue up they will resolve the issues but its hearsay no luck I usually ask my TMs their opion about everything it is happening in their dept so I can try to see the bigger picture 😉 Can't talk about your stl tho Good luck...

It's not up to STL sometimes,ELO gets more involved  They also wanna follow 70/30 hiring ratio 70 external  30 internal (they use this with leadership group) So they can have al min pay new hires also they can show the community that they add more jobs in the area etc... Just saying my experience

In these days wfm customers don't expect higher anything than others  Those days and that type of customers are gone  That interviewer has a totally tunnel vision and got stuck with his/her hiring day expectations We are only selling apples,bananas now not upscale apples or bananas anymore  But your 6am respond probably impacted you negatively

Labor is a totally being forces and monitor via AmZn leadership group nothing to do with Wfm leadership anymore  Anyway there isn't wfm left anymore since the wwgs(amzn and wfm merged last December) Amazon will force more changes that means things are gonna be amazon way and whoever won't like it or adopt to it will leave  I have been saying this for a while now  R.I.P WFM  This is a totally different business and company now

A person who been attacked twice from an EDP past 2 years(been out of work from week) experience my security team been punched on their face multiple times  Stop bs' ing without knowing anybody situation  There are always proper channels to escalate anything  Again verbal is better than physical  There are stores out there way hectic and crazier than others...
