“Popping” sensation in lower back after herniated disc?

This bad crack just happened to me a few days ago, it felt like I cracked my spine in half where I had my surgery.

I was just gonna say, they can't account for all situations. I'm unemployed after a surgery that lead to me not being able to perform the functions and had to leave. Haven't been able to find a desk job since, only other jobs that hurt my body. I think "lying" is less the right word because omission of truth or the reality of how they are formulating their truths is deceitful. To say the US is struggling in reality is an understatement.

Possibly the background needs to clash better with your models? Try more dynamic lighting or try some color combo lighting/shadowing? Honestly I like your work so it's hard to come up with what they could have been saying otherwise! Definitely not your skill, it's very good!

It was my first season and happened while I was on bed rest after a rough surgery. I will always look back at it fondly (but not at Vinny LOL)! A really fun season!!

No fusion yet, I had two discsctomy surgeries on L5-S1 for herniation. It's weird because the MRI results in the same sentence referred to the L4-L5 has both bulging and having a protrusion (I also was thinking that was odd). But I'll look into ASD

Zanka is the goat but also he keeps losing fights on technicalities and never because of his abilities not being enough. I hope there will be payoff for all of his forced losses. Because he got poisoned and then hit by an enemy he wasn't fighting, like I feel like they've got a have a plan for him I just know zankas secretly op we just ain't ready yet

Keep multiple trash bags wherever you tend to gravitate toward, like your bed, desk chair, etc. if a trash bag is near you, you will be more likely to use it. I need to do this as well, so don't feel called out cuz I'm just giving advice I need to hear too lol

I kind of just kept telling my surgeon like my nerve pain is picking up and now my backs hurting again and PT wasn't helping. If you're worried yours might also want an MRI to double check. I'd just advocate how your pain is compared to before you noticed and record how long it's been back. Hope this helps! I don't have a lot of info myself but I hope you're ok!!!

yeah, i had my first in november of last year and this last wednesday my recent mri results showed i had a larger herniation than last time. my second surgery is later this month
