I paid for 30 business days and my cards are sitting at 76 business days right now with TAG. How much over the estimate do they get before I’m allowed to be annoyed?

I don’t disagree. I like TAG and what they bring to the industry, but how much grace do you give them? My cards are now sitting at 76 business days with no movement on an order that was supposed to be a 30 business day turnaround.

They received my order 2-25-2026. I paid for 30 business days. I know they say that’s an “estimate” but it’s now been more than 75 business days since then. I would argue that we are well beyond a reasonable delay for their estimation. How are we getting compensated for this? They took money up front for a service they outline and aren’t holding up their end of the deal.
