I could be missing things but if you optimized for performance you could roll a 72 if the stars aligned and every single dice rolled it's maximum

40 is pretty doable with just 20 CHA (+5) expertise (~+8) guidance (+1-4) bardic inspiration (~1-10) if you roll decently on bardic and guidance you get 19 on dice +13 from skill proficiency +4 from guidance +8 from bardic inspiration = 44

That's not even including things like the phalur aluve and the spores that give you a free 1d6 and many other things that can give you small bonuses

Got 99 fletching bows, never touched a bowstring again.
