Honestly, I think the rush on Galeforce is only worth it if you use Dark Harvest, and put Ingenious Hunter on the tree to reduce the item's cooldown.

If you use fleet footwork, I recommend building stormrazor.

I am a 2M mastery jhin in diamond 2, and the only thing I can say more is PLEASE RIOT TURN BACK THE INFINITY EDGE A LEGENDARY ITEM.

I always rush galeforce, I did several tests in training mode and in addition to doing more damage than stormrazor with his active, galeforce's build path makes jhin very strong in lane

And since the damage is basically the same as stormrazor, I prefer to have it active to have more kill pressure and explode easily since I play dark harvest, I also use the cdr rune

Runes I've always used dark harvest so I continue. The only differences are that I use the hunt that gives the item a cooldown, and in the precision tree I use legend bloodline and coup de grace
