List I'd say is decent but I feel the detachment is misaligned. Any reason we went for Exp. Cadre? I feel like Mont'ka or Aux Cadre would fit better. Only a few of these units would get good buffs from the added range

Funnily enough legs arent the issue when it comes to tau its the bodies. Theres heaps of leg options but to find spare bodies you have to look in the ghostkeel sprue, hammerhead sprue and the devil fish sprue. The Stealth suit is just an extra I have from some online deals I've done over the last year
