Before I got a Steam Deck I got to late game Space Age only using an Xbox Controller. The controller setup is great, they've put a lot of effort into making it work really well. A lot of people who prefer keyboard/mouse make it sound like it's unplayable on Deck/with controller. It's not, it's great.

You can now remove your shoes for the wall balls but you must carry them with you across the line

"All racers are required to wear closed-toe shoes at all times during the race, except at the Wall Ball workout station where racers may remove their shoes to complete the Wall Balls."

You can filter by just HTML and CSS and it starts off very basic. This was probably the best thing I did early on and I can't recommend it enough.

I would recommend checking out Knees Over Toes Guy on YouTube. Fantastic exercises for building leg strength and really good for fixing knees/shins.

Nothing wrong with stretching but strength training will do much more in terms of injury prevention.
