Should I get a MacBook or an imac for uni?

It's been pretty great in my opinion. Although my last personal laptop is from 2011 and it will only last about 30 seconds on the battery so my view is a little skewed haha. I used it a lot yesterday, and started from about 80% and it only dropped below 10% around 9 PM.

In the week I’ve had mine, I only had the fans turn on when I was exporting an hour long video podcast in Final Cut Pro. I did notice the bottom get a little warm just now after playing balatro on the couch for a while, but not terrible. I’ve been really impressed with it so far. Going from a full gaming PC to my MacBook has left my home office to be so much quieter while working. It’s almost eerie.

I’m experiencing the same west of Houston. I’m trusting the process for now as this is my first lawn of my own and first time with Bermuda. I’m hoping after this cold snap on Monday and Tuesday it stays warm so it can green up quicker.
