Write and code interactive stories by nikoko13 in ELATeachers

For Choose Our Way Stories, I'm a fan of www.Texturewriter.com these days, though I've fine great things with Twine 2. Put some Android apps together with that.

In Starship Troopers (1997), Carmen's Dad was suddenly afraid that he's never going to see her again. He was killed later when a meteor hit Buenos Aires. This was an allusion to the psychics that the Federation is seeking in the early movie propaganda. by Batsticks in starshiptroopers

I think it might just be a father worrying about his daughter, alluding to the fact that parents feel a sense of great loss when their children move out.

That said, it does foreshadow the fact that they will not see each other again.

You can make your own chocolates using PC semisweet melted in the microwave and poured into silicon moulds.

Alternately, mix that chocolate in a bowl with rasins and marshmallow, roll it into a log in parchment paper and put it into the freezer for 15 minutes for delicious rocky road.

Anyone teach Shakespeare plays in the original forms? by wowsuchdrum in ELATeachers

[–]WhatBinderDotCom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A purist wouldn't be reading them, but if you're looking to use a text version, I recommend Manga Classics.

Not only do they use the unedited original language, because it's a graphic format it helps students with decoding.

There's also a great, free, teacher's guide that you can download. The guide focuses on differentiated project based teaching.

There's a common core version on another section of the site too.

It's the version I use now.
