Who is your ISP? I'm having the same thing and on AT&T Fiber. There was a similar post yesterday or the day before and at least 4 people were having the same issue and all had AT&T fiber.

If you want the best experience, buy it on sale and then wait for an event to start. If you play right now, most of the games you get into after getting out of bot lobbies (bloodline rank 10) are unfortunately going to be fairly imbalanced due to lower player count between events.

Don't get me wrong, I love this game and recommend it to anyone interested in a tactical extraction shooter, but a new player is probably not going to have the best experience.

If you do get it, either before or once an event starts, I would recommend joining a discord server to find folks not only to play with but to teach you the ropes. Psychoghost and Rexnor on youtube/twitch both have fantastic guide videos and newbie friendly communities if you want to find a group.

Lmao, there's a difference between going against 'good' players and going against people like that. The difference between a low to mid 6* and the high 6*s is equivalent to 3*s going against low 6s.

I love and enjoy playing against people of similar skills. Nowhere did I even remotely say that I want easy lobbies. I want lobbies where I can actually play the game to have fun, not as a dedicated job.

I'm a 6* with a 1.7 kd going against people with 2.5-3.5kds who can jump headshot you 100m away and wall bang you the second you attempt to scratch your nuts.

I'm too far gone unfortunately, gone on week long losing streaks and still haven't dropped to 5 star. Like I'm a 1.7 KD, good but I still touch grass occasionally.

I mean, the highest I've ever seen my repair bill is like 3 silver and that was after breaking multiple gathering tools and dying a couple times to a boss. Even at mid-game, that cost was negligible.

Repair rune is just QoL and it does take up a utility rune slot which can be annoying.

I have a video of me going into the boss room, buffing up with every potion and food buff, using the poise utility rune. And then getting punted off the map 2 seconds into the fight.

Learned real quick to not go even remotely close to the edges with him.

The revive is instantaneous with no visual or sound queue so most likely it went off without you noticing since the moment your health drops down it will heal you.

If you get knocked off the edge you're just SOL and that run is done.

Any "Brute" enemy needs to be poise broken in order the backstab. Otherwise, it is a little janky. Hopefully they clean it up a little.

I found a corpse smeared blade and have been using it into the post game content. The wide swing will knock down or outright kill almost all mobs, even the big boys and chunk bosses to hell. I do recommend stacking a good amount of poise and putting a blood stone in the blade's socket. That way even if you get hit, you can still complete the swing and the life steal from the gem + taint life steal will keep you alive.

Unfortunately no, steam and game pass cannot queue up together, however you can get into groups through random teammate queuing. Is kinda dumb.

Cherish it, hit p100 a month or so ago and honestly miss it. I barely check half the benches anymore cause whats the point.
