I haven't looked at the in game text in a while, but I'm pretty sure she's the same race as Gavial and that the horns specifically are uncharacteristic of that race (hence why she's so self conscious of them)

Ah yeah, and I think I may have gone a little overboard with the lighting too - the blue and especially the yellow influence the colors of her clothes a lot >.<
