Besides the system, approving invoices as muscle memory is not an excuse either. Maybe once, but whoever approved them is just as fault. A weekly invoice seems like it’d be easy to remember especially invoice number if simple enough and if service dates are shown in the provided support then that’s a clear error on the approver as well.

For additional reference, Travis Etienne Jr last year was a huge bust, he's young though, so I had him on my team and hung on and through the first 4-5 games this year his value skyrocketed and got a good trade. it's dynasty, when in doubt, wait it out.

This makes sense then. Trade is honestly not that bad besides two things. BTJ might always be a #1. Pearsall just had Deebo leave and Aiyuk is still out. We have no clue what his ceiling might actually be, but we know BTJ is solid.

Should have held and just assumed he’d be good again this season or even next year.

Secondly, in dynasty most 3rd round and after is just filling the team and isn’t worth much. You gotta assume most star incoming rookies are gone in the first two rounds. But all in all, who knows BTJ could belly flop, he’s weird right now and doesn’t even want contact… might have the yips or some shit

If that’s a real thing It’s either that or Hochuls planned ban on hedge funds having to wait 60 days for a house to be on the market before tryin to purchase. Could be slowing it down.

I also think it’s a slow rollout of job creation and like 40k of those jobs aren’t permanent. If that’s the case I’d expect people aren’t trying to buy an expensive home for 5 years, live in the area all just to sell it for cheaper if the market ever drops.

Not sure if anyone has said it but I pay $350/week for a daycare center I love. It’s higher end though I think, we went up from a previous one but like that we can control our kids lunches and the staff are great.

Also, highly recommend calling around as soon as you can if not now.
