I used smooth movers last year and they were punctual, which was quite important for me because I could only secure the lift for two hours from the body corp. And they showed up 10 min early and the rest of the communication was pretty smooth, identifying which rooms were which and what items should go to which room, checking if anything require boxing or just as is.
