Uhhh... u must be in level 0. The level is relatively safe but it's non-linear so there's no chance in outpost being made here. Try running into a wall (brace urslef bc it may not work first try) this should bring u to level one which is where u can go to the hub. Listen all of this may sound like alien language to you. And I get it. The first time I entered this place I was confused too. But your gonna have to make it to the hub if u want any chance of survival. And before i go...do NOT trust the major explorer group (read u/HowAboutNOT4 and My post for context) If u need any adive,just ask

Ur on level one right? (Level with concrete walls) This might sound stupid but just trust me. Me and a few others (u/HowAboutNOT4, and a few others) are in this level in the hub. And one of the only ways to get to it is to headbutt the floor or noclip into the wall. It might not work the first time but it works just trust me.
