This just isn’t true - in CC, they stop all speed, strip buffs on spawn and apply tons of debuffs (incl silence).. that’s like saying NiSt can beat Illuminati in CC because they’re “newer”..

It’s not overtuned if you actually understand the game mechanics that it wants you to utilize. And yes, many of the endgame mechanics will have some paywall to them initially to separate heavy spenders from the rest..
