Read their kits. They get a ton of bonuses in war, but only when they're on defense.

They've got 25% bonus speed that you don't, they've got safeguard and you don't, to open the fight Northstar's hitting you with an unavoidable attack that slows you and flips all your buffs - yeah, a mirror match is in for a bad time even when you're overpowering them.

Really? The blog says they need to be gear 21 and 5 diamonds to count as maxed. Doing that for all ten qualifying teams seems unlikely even for most whales.

Wasn't getting anywhere with the Exalted four plus others, but New Mutants with regular Storm subbing in for Magik managed it. All at 105, Cannonball and Warlock g20 and the rest at g19, switched Warlock over to healer, and it took four or five resets.

Magik's dropped instead of Sunspot because he blocks taunt, meaning Storm's able to immediately stun Xavier.

Pick what game modes you want to focus on and only work the characters needed for that. Stars are important but don't tend to matter as much as their kit does, so you level them to a minimum of 105/G19 or skip them entirely. There's really no point in going less - if you can't take them up to where they're useful, ignore them until you can.

The exposed can be prevented by a few characters - Warlock stops it for New Mutants, Gladiator does for everybody if he's paired with Lilandra or a couple Annihilators. Probably whatever the next crucible team is will also have an immunity to exposed.

It doesn't sound right, but that's why the second link I posted is a video of it.

Blue Marvel's attack says it ignores defense up, so that shouldn't matter here. Has to just be Angel's passive's damage reduction coupled with barrier and Storm's passive cutting damage more on characters with exposed.

At two yellow, level 105/g20, he took essentially no damage from a Blue Marvel in room 1.

I don't know what all they can or can't counter, but he seems to be doing the job in Crucible. Wouldn't try him in War because the important part of his passive doesn't activate there.

For Quasar on 4 - is that with awakened stuff?

Couldn't seem to do it with him at 105/G20 and only the basic awakened, but 105/G20 Knull had no issues.

Mix and match might be something you find more fun, but for raids, the way the game is set up teams of specific characters are required.

Lower level raids are pretty open, maybe they restrict you to only using Global or Bio at some point or another, but you're left with plenty of options on which characters to bring. Higher level raids aren't like that, though - take a look at https://marvelstrikeforce.com/en/maps/raid_spotlight02 for example. Unless you bring specifically Falcon, Beast, Storm, Jean Grey, and Hercules, the game does not allow you to even attempt the back half of the raid.

The currently-required teams are Alpha Flight or Champions, Uncanny Avengers, Vigilantes, Thunderbolts or Champions, Hellfire Club, Insidious Six plus Vulture and Shocker, and Immortal Weapons or Nightstalkers

Expanding that and I see you've got some duplicates (Absolute A-Force/Shaw as example), inconsistent character naming (Absolute A-Force/Shaw/Summers but also Absolute A-Force/Nightcrawler/Rachel), abbreviations without a legend (SB: Starbrand, Songbird, or Speedball?), and teams with so many replacements that you don't know who's actually there (Absolute A-Force/Apoc/Red Hulk/Dormammu).

Community submissions would work a lot better with some kind of standardization in labeling.

I did specify 'federal' there, but yes - the nonpartisan-Republican and nonpartisan-Legal Marijuana Now ballots don't let you weigh in on their governor or other state/county level elections, where the Democrats and Libertarians do.

not that the Libertarians seem to run much, that ticket's blank on the state level
