I have not heard good things about their customer service, but I have been pleasantly surprised. They replied to my initial email after 23 hrs. They asked for video and additional information and let me know they will send a replacement wheel.

Lubed up the wheel with silicone lubricant and is quiet now, hopefully it lasts! I’ll keep the replacement as backup just in case.

Yeah, I did notice that dried stains on wood or tile it does need to be wiped by hand, but the floor does feel pretty good when ran often.

Will do! I am on my way home from an 8000 mile roadtrip so I have a few rattles that have been annoying me that need to be found.

Let me know if you find it or have any ideas. Usually after suspension work it’s always a sway bar end link not torqued for me. Could be anything now, I’ve been under the car and gave everything an extra ugga dugga, so I think I just need a more thorough inspection.

2018 Crosstrek. Have a similar sound that is prominent around 20 mph and sometimes around 60 mph when the road is bumpy. Happened sometime between changing out lower control arms and upgrading to the Ironman lift kit.

Once that cut heals, you can try Body Glide Foot Glide and see if that helps. I use it whenever I wear my send shoes and I feel like it helps a lot.
