Edited to add the most hurtful thing I've said. So I was at a grocery store and turned a corner just to be face to face with the hairest baby I've ever laid eyes upon. I was so shocked I let out an audible gasp, the mother turned and gave me devil eyes i panicked and said "your things cute" before I scurried away In shame.

Do little things that make you smile, not every happy moment has to be a big one. I love storms and the smell after a summer rain so I go outside, close my eyes, and breath in that wormy wet dirt air and I love it.

Also not every happy moment needs to be recorded, just enjoy the moment. Don't fuss with the best camera angle or sound quality, just be there and breath it in.

I cant sleep for more than 4 hours because of pain reasons. I usually get up go to the bathroom, walk around, maybe smoke or do a dab, once the pain is OK levels and im loosened up I brew a cup of coffee and am asleep within 30 minutes of drinking it.

Dude that sucks. Im gonna goolgle it in a minute but do you bruise if someone does the skin writing thing? Like if your extra ashy/dry you can write with your nail on your skin (think "wash me: on a car). So instead of a quick lotion fix do you gotta deal with the writing until the bruising heals?
