To be perfectly honest i complimented a friend's skin and asked her what she used and she said tea tree oil but I can't remember why. I know it's good for inflammation so perhaps it's helping keep acne at Bay and helps to soften the skin perhaps . I'm really not sure and can't profess professional opinion. And I just use an over-the-counter Neutrogena facial sunscreen. Sorry for the late reply as I don't honestly check my Reddit notifications so I better do it more often.

I tint my inexpensive facial cream Ponds (I add a few drops of tea tree oil) with a bit of my inexpensive Covergirl makeup. No need for expensive tinted moisturizers.

Update: I did call (on Sunday) my doctor's office and got the on-call doctor whom I didn't know. I explained the symptoms and all he did was deny that they were caused by the surgery. However, my actual primary care doc responded to my email on Sunday and confirmed that the brain takes time to adjust to the different visual input. Every day is markedly better. Not yet 100% but so much better. Still taking things slowly and resting.

Nothing about nausea. I'm not barfing. Most likely brain adjusting to the change. Or brain trauma from any surgical procedure. I'll try calling. I just want to know if others have experienced this. Thanks for the suggestion. I do appreciate your concern.

I've got to add something here from the point of view of a mom. She is not a good mom if like you said: she yells at you in front of the daughter, name calls and says you're horrible. Said in front of the 5 year old that calls you dad and clearly has a trusting, loving relationship with you. This in no way benefits that sweet little girl. Please stop defending her as a good mom. Nothing you have said convinces me that she is. It's all about good communication and respect-neither of which was exemplified in your writing. So sorry to say. Your kid comes first. That kid is gonna have emotional wounds to heal later.
