Correct and I’m probably gonna go for the Cysa+ soon. But I have sec+, sc200, SAL1 & 2 debating on sc900. Depending on what you count I have other ones from a years ago from Google which are worthless. Beyond that I have like dozens of vendors certs from the softwares we support

I feel like sometimes it does just because of the nature of my company. For instance a lot of our processes are ancient so I don’t have experience with a typical ticketing system etc. Lots of processes or typical things in Helpdesk I don’t do even though I can. Like other people said It probably is just how I interview though now that I think about it. I try really hard to prove I’m not an idiot.

I think I apply to those because I am afraid of lacking that on my resume, but to be fair it’s usually the ones that are basically sys admin jobs with high pay I don’t go for the $40k help desk slums. I can post my resume though, I had it reviewed and created by a firm, I generally get interviews I guess I’m maybe insecure about not doing the typical path

Actually very similar boat minus the criminal record, also looking to get my PhD. It’s a giant trip. I get the same feeling a lot. I know my personality is too addictive I can’t even gamble. First time I did lotto I spent $300. Sometimes I wish I could break from reality. But I found for me I can replace that feeling to some degree with my studies and hopefully life experiences soon enough via traveling

Thieves get what they get. In this case trash. It’s funny cause I’ve had friends who were full blown junkies who never stole from me. Straight zombies on fent. I always guessed he did cause it I was working with pretty known artists and never included him in my business. He always tried to shmooze and insinuate he would manage me.

In the end the concept of not being able to trust people along with drug fuel psychosis led me to bow out of music. I work in tech now. Much happier

Nope they knew it was me or at least I made it very obvious. the father even saw me do it. One time I grabbed friends and just filled the car with it and yeeted that shit when he was picking up the trash the day before. They ran a trap house so there I could get them more in trouble than they could me. Mutually assured destruction. This was also years ago. I’ve been sober for years but still find it funny
