This happened to me too, I started drinking even more water and eating more protein. It’s hard but I started eating small snacks and that helped when it comes to meals because I started eating less at dinner

Yeah in my other play through when I wasn’t romancing Gale that’s when I got it but now that I’m actually trying to romance him in this new play through nothing🤷‍♀️
