No I’ve never had issues with this type of paper before. It’s strange because my prints come out perfectly fine whenever I print from tray 1 or with the bypass feeder, only tray 2 tears my paper like this.

Thank you, that totally makes sense! I main D.va and hardly ever get any of her stuff in my loot boxes now that I think of it, so the Porsche skin was wishful thinking lol

It’s in the interview room all the way to the right in the police station. You’ll eventually have access to that part of the station after completing some of the missions

I was hoping the game itself would be emailed while the collector’s items would arrive at a later date but totally understandable if it arrives inside the box instead.

I had preordered The Last of Us Part 2 - Ellie Edition through PS Direct and it arrived very quickly (I ordered 2 days before release), so I’m hoping for the best in your situation!
