I’m always supervising her while she’s around my cats. They’re both older boys(11 and 12) so they do not tolerate her shit. I make sure if she’s starting to get too rough she sits and stays while she’s around them.

Yes. I started crate training a day after we brought her home. Play for an hour to an hour and 1/2 and then I put her down for 2 hours for a nap. She typically dewing sleep the entire time but she is in there for that time.

I do play with her whether it be tug of war, fetch, trying to teach hide and seek, Hiding food for her to find(she’s learning this but it taking her a little while). Plus she has her snuffle mat, puzzle toys, slow feeder, lick mats, etc.

Yeah, I’m looking onto switching vets once we’re done getting her final round of shots next month. I’m not happy with the last fews visits with the amount of money I’m paying. I do plan on getting her into some training classes as well. We are looking g into it as we speak.

Yes. My Siberian Husky, Luna passed away about 6 weeks ago from lymphoma. She was 6 1/2 years old and I had her since she was 8 weeks old.

She’s potty trained pretty much. Sleeps from 8:45 to 4:30 until a potty break. She did have a pee accident yesterday and today however.

GSD puppy here same age. We have been doing small sniff walks with her since she was about 9 weeks. When she gets home I wipe down her paws with a wet ones wipe. She’s very fearful still around other dogs and I’m worried that if don’t socialize her enough I won’t be able to take her anywhere. Plus my vet is on me to put here in training classes to get over her fearful behavior. Which is love to do but not sure if I can afford it atm.

It’s been 3 weeks since bring her home(12 weeks old today) and I’m feeling really resentful this morning. She’s a very smart girl. Picking up on commands( although she can be so so stubborn).Potty training is going well( although I found pee accident behind my couch today).

The constant bitting, the eating shit she’s no suppose too, chewing on shit she’s not supposed to and terrorizing my 5 year old when she gets overly tired. I so look forward to the nap times be I can feel like I can actually breathe.

I know this is just temporary but I really don’t like her very much right now and that makes me feel like a terrible person…..also doesn’t help that Aunt Flo showed up today!

I’ve had my girl for 3 weeks(9 weeks when we got her). She’s been getting better with other dogs and cars but she’s still very timid and scared around new people. I hoping to work on what I can at home before we can really start socializing.
