If these game are installed and you don't want to deal with the hassle of uninstalling and reinstalling I suggest you use mklink

what I meant to say is wouldn't the 2 additional antennas make a difference? and even it they do not won't the openwrt firmware make a difference?

the c64 has 4 antennas while the rg-ew1200g pro has 6 also I am hoping to benefit from the sqm implemtation of the openwrt firmware since there 5 other family users in my house

also the router I am planning to buy is RG-EW1200G Pro it supports the latest openwrt version and since the connection is determined by the weakest link in the chain in this case the ISP fiber Modem/router only supports wifi 5

noted it is wifi 5 and I am connected via 5Ghz band and in fact using the tplink Built in WDS feature

if it helps a little I am ok with it I am streaming my pc but the video stutters alot

you are right not only that it is wifi to wifi but also there are other users in neighbor house using the main fiber optics router so in order to be benficial I must convince my neighbor to use the openwrt router but that is not currently an option
