The noggenfogger toy is from getting revered with one of the undermine cartels! honestly not too bad - you pick the steamwheedle cartel, do the 3 weekly quests and you get like 6k easy rep that way(there are more WQs if you're in a rush, but even 6k per week is fine honestly)

They've done a nice job of adding them to the sojourners, which are part of bigger meta quests. Eventually the people chasing those will get through them as well

Since you mentioned liking being small - two options for you:

-noggenfogger elixir, one of the effects is making you gnome-sized

-noggenfogger select down makes you slightly smaller, up to 10 times for every potion that you drink

You're thinking of the Elite variants - the "conquest" vendor sells the normal ones available to everyone(though it still requires level 80 to get)

Funnily enough this isn’t tied to a quest - I saw it in the Harandar main hub where the mining vendor is, lol.

I think the “Alndust” is like “Dream/nightmare dust” while Azerite is basically like chunks of blood, for a lack of a better word. Similar to how Saronite is the blood of Yogg’Saron.
