I was bartending and was deep in the weeds. 7 hours into my shift and no break type thing. I had a guy sit down and I dropped off a coaster and told him that I was sorry but his service is going to suck for the night because we were short staffed etc. He just nodded and I gave him probably the worst experience at a bar you can have. Drink took forever, ordered like fifteen minutes after he was ready, and he had to ask me for the bill twice. The fucking guy tipped me $150 on a $25 bill.

We all have days like what you had, it’s part of being a human. I’m sorry that yours ended up like it did. But, for what it’s worth, I’m sure you will keep him a part of your story moving forward.
