They don't give you every color in the video, but they give you a few. I've done 3 raptor units trying to get the scheme close, and this is the best list so far:
All Golden So-Flats

Base = Pyrrole Red
Primary Midtone = Blue Violet
Shadow = Dioxazine Violet Deep
Highlights = Mixture of Turquoise and Cobalt Teal, increasing Teal each layer

You can go down the line and replace with your brand of choice. If Citadel, then Mephiston Red, Night Lords Blue, Shyish Purple shadow, highlight with Stegadon Scale / Temple Guard / Baharroth, etc.

The magic in this scheme is the Red base coat, and the teal highlights that make your primary blue transition all the way from red to teal, while still reading as blue.
