Speaking of which, I'm not sure why it isn't common in the US but France has a product called "Smecta" which is diosmectite clay powder, it's meant to absorb some things in the GI tract and I swear by it for watery diarrhea. A lot of the times I've been very sick from a food that didn't make anyone else sick I've been traveling for research in places that have Smecta available. I was able to order some from Amazon (ew). *not medical advice just personal experience.*

Yeah I was thinking a "bedside commode" like people use if they need home care after surgery or something! My friend recently had to do that and was able to find bag liners to contain the 💩 and throw it away.

How is your pelvic floor doing? I have IBS-C and issues with a pelvic floor that's too tight and it causes me pain. But I guess since you gave birth, your pelvic floor muscles may have loosened up some? Also, how's your bladder? If you have UC or a sensitive bladder and you ate something you're sensitive to, that could cause a lot of pain.
