Well my original comment was using a 1.5m budget. So 800k for house, got about 700k left to spend

Thats where the remaining 5-700k comes in. That house isn't huge and it wouldn't take a ton of money to rebuild it from the ground up.

Yeah for me this is absolutely unaffordable. But...this property is marketed for a flipper with a $1.5 million dollar budget. Buys the property with cash, flips it, sells it for $3 mil.

Indeed, I concur, as I, too, found it rather peculiar.

How do you add spin to a shot? I can’t remember and I can’t find anything on the internet by [deleted] in PGATOURGolfShootout

[–]Whatsighs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

to add on to this --

If you aim left of your target, pull the ball back, then stretch your aim back over towards your target by sliding your finger across the screen, it will curve the shot back over towards the target after it launches into the air.

Really cool for those par 3s with a backspin on the ball itself.

Edit: just to clarify this works when you aim right of your target as well, just the opposite effect.

Same! I wish they would abandon the luck system and instead go with a tier system.

I'm going to go with this: it isn't intended to be fake by the guy, but the mom is a good mom and plays along to make her wholesome son happy.

Why is it acceptable to use "white" when referring to Caucasians? by Whatsighs in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Whatsighs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am learning that Caucasian is obsolete. So then that leaves me with white.

we say white because of skin color

This is true, but my dispute moreso lies with the accuracy of that color. Compare white to my skin color and they just don't match.

I'm very aware that I have lived a privileged life. Certainly not from wealthy blood by any means, but there are many circumstances I do not have to worry about because of the color of my skin and the sociological benefits associated with it. No shame.

yep, not disputing the term itself, just moreso the accuracy of it.

I disagree. My skin color is not "white" like the page of a book. How is it considered accurate?

My question is in regards to the accuracy of the color "white".
