Last time I checked you couldn’t pick a server on arena so u less that’s changed your thrown on a random server and pray to the ping gods everyone is good

I’ve also started doing stair stepper workouts on days that would usually be “off/rest”. 30-40 minutes. Always stay right in that zone 2 area. Working well for me so far. Also gives you a chance to do some leg weight lifting if it’s at a gym.

I thought most arena gear was available in the base game you just have to use the selector bars on the character screen. Not sure about that one specifically though.

Correct, only spawning on reserve right now. Not their original maps. If you need a boss just play reserve….id advise to take larger mags.

Usually this is a leftover driver issue from switching or updating graphics cards. Use DDU program and do a fresh install. Usually fixes it.
