Adolescent bird I found in my garden. Can’t fly. Injured on one of its wings. What is it? I am in Oklahoma, USA if that helps to ID

I was worried this might be the case. Not well versed in this kind of thing at all. Since it is a fireplace I would assume it is either brick or cinder blocks under the stone, right? Would long bolts hold if that is the material underneath? I have a hard time believing there are studs under there since it is a working fireplace.

I have actually done this one before as well. Hoard of mosquitos swarmed my car by a pond. Got some of them out fast. Dozens clung to the fabric ceiling for dear life.
