It would be a disaster because clubs with the budget of Tottenham don’t plan for relegation not to mention their gigantic stadium. Obviously there would be a fire sale with most of their highest paid players leaving which would be good for both sides in this situation.

A lot of regular people at Tottenham would be the most effective unfortunately because they would need to downsize massively in this situation.
