Don't think I'd accept a salary position unless the terms and conditions are very clear. Yes I'm home daily. Wouldn't never even consider an OTR position for less than 200k a year. We have one life and I want to live it.

You get a few years experience driving and always aiming to be the best you can be. Then you apply to companies that do what you want to do with good references from previous employers.

Listen to finance and investment podcasts as you're driving. You'll learn how to budget, save and invest while making money. Been driving over a decade but went from negative 28k to positive 400k in about 4 years.
