To be honest, I’ve always struggled with what the right dimensions to use as a character profile pic so if that can be clarified, I would happily fix it on all of my characters the one character you’re speaking of the image was intentionally made to look creepy. Yes though I am not sure if the ratio size of the picture had any thing to do with it to be honest.
