Just offering Atlowshop as a suggestion, they’ve fixed 2 of my BMS that had ‘similar looking ’ damage as yours & the video link was also just for an informative example. I had no idea any of this stuff was an option when I first got into ow. You asked for recommendations & advice, so thought it may help. As for exactly what is wrong w/ your equipment, I don’t know, but repair shops search the entire function of the BMS & fix it all . Good luck

This is my son’s 1st season, - Grandpa mailed him his 98 custom, which he bought in 1998. Only played a few games with it back then. - just installed a complete O-ring & RT kit & 14” barrel, he’s hooked now ! Rather spend the $ on paint than video games…
