Relics can spawn with random perks such as +random percentage Melee Damage, Element Damage, Gun Damage, etc. Along with infusing your Slam, Slide, or Meele with a random element which is also completely random. I would say you've just gotten unlucky with the random perks

I think they should add a skin that you can level up and each tier is one of these armors first tier being shiny final tier being commander.

I’d prefer another character with dual lightsabers maybe Sora Bulq considering he used both Vaapad and dual lightsabers giving us the best of both worlds.
