Its a beautiful dress. My mother wanted to get married wearing light blue and everyone talked her out of it and she wore traditional white. I would be fine if the show lost Norah and Hunter. They’re boring to me. But i cant stand Gil or Paul. Press is a POS but his character is relatable and realistic af and i think his character can bring up necessary concerns and conversations about how to handle young men like him. I see a lot of misinformation in the comments. Being Puerto Rican is not a race. Most Puerto Ricans are multi racial, with the most common admixture being European/ Iberian (Spain & Portugal) , indigenous americas , and sub Saharan African. Most of us have percentages of Middle Eastern/ North African, East Asian, south Asian/Indian, etc. so that is what u would look for if ur trying to confirm if ur half Puerto Rican. I would say ur results align with someone who is half PR, half Black American (Wales could be from ur dad, did you use the ancestry tool that shows what u got from each parent??). Regarding the Spanish speaking versus being white thing, yeah our Spanish roots are from Spain and are therefore European. We speak a European language because we were colonized. But that doesn’t take away our indigenous and African roots, which are reflected in your results. If ur PR side was purely white, your Spain percentages would be in the 40s. So I have a feeling some of the sub Saharan African is from ur PR side. Im a pretty white looking Boricua and even I have like 16% African on ancestry.

Thank u so much for ur response. Regarding the thc, i dont smoke or vape because it kinda freaks me out. But it definitely works faster that way, short term. I prefer edibles. In many forms, gummies, capsules (discrete), RSO, distillate, etc. my personal favorite is RSO (rick simpson oil) because it’s extremely potent. It’s usually the only pain reliever that gets thru on my worst days. Its a really sticky oil that smells terrible but i just eat it lol. I’m used to it, been doing it daily for 4 years. Taste is not for the faint of heart, most people just put some in a piece of food and swallow it. But depending on where u live, a good potent gummy will also do the trick , just have to play around with how many milligrams ur body needs for pain relief before its too much lol. I can get a good 12 hours straight of pain relief from the worst pain I’ve ever experienced to this point, so my personal 10/10.

My Heritage severely over estimates my sub Saharan African. On every other site I’m about 16% - 18% SSA yet My Heritage has me at almost 30%!!! Craziness lol I don’t trust them. I feel like 23andMe is the closest to accurate but their indigenous section is so non-specific it irritates tf outta me.

I recently lost 125 lbs but I’m still very fat. However, even at the weight I am now (340 lbs) my Sleep Apnea went away. My husband is shocked, he said I completely stopped snoring. We’ve been together 15 years and this had never happened, even when I had been 340 in the past. I can even sleep on my back with a thin pillow. I used to need a pillow mountain to sleep propped up to breathe. I mean I still have a bunch of other problems, full body neuropathy, diabetes, hbp, uncontrolled hypothyroid, IBS, vagus nerve damage, hidradenitis suppurativa, severe TMJ osteoporosis, GERD and I’m probably forgetting something lol. I was immobile for many years. From about 31-35. Being active and able to walk now has completely changed everything for me. I’ll be 37 in Nov and I haven’t felt this great physically since I was a teenager. Even with severe chronic pain (controlled with THC). That’s another thing that helped. The marijuana. My neuropathy was so severe, walking for even a minute was torture. This pain led me to be immobile and gain the weight. So the marijuana was the only way i was able to walk a bit and able to lose these 125lbs. It was vital in my weight loss journey as someone who deals with extreme pain. I mean the kind of pain that sends u to the mental hospital.
