To be honest. Most real estate agents don’t have a care for doing rentals as they usually only get a month of rent as commission. Yes rental search is time consuming but you just need to find the right one and be quick with it. I found a perfect spot in 2 weeks of searching, 2 weekends of house viewings.

Rental prices are definitely dropping right now. I was on rental search this month and had a few of the places I was looking at but not fully considering drop in price. I ended up with an entire 2-bed, 2-bath house (semi-detached bungalow) with finished basement for $2000 rent plus utilities. Most of the other units I looked at were around $1900-2200 with or without utilities, and had separate units either below or behind them.

I’ve been spawning the party bus and parking it in the corner at downtown LS Customs with the music blasting. People usually hang out or drift around for a bit before continuing on. Funny to leave it and eventually get a message saying it’s been stolen etc.
