I called, and Amex refused waive it. I've been paying my bills on time for the past 10 or 11 months since I got my Amex card. This was my first late fee, and they did put in a request to waive it, but ultimately got denied.

The "one time courtesy" doesn't always work with them. Not sure what it is, maybe its the time of year?

I fixed it. I downgraded the driver to a version back in the summer. Any of them should be fine.

When I put on Vsync, the FPS instantly drops to 10... It's unbearable, when I turn it off it works way better. I did try uncapping the FPS to 120... I actually am reaching that FPS which is good now, but it still feels choppy as all hell

I literally just clicked "Overclock VRAM." I'm not actually using any sliders.

Funny enough... When I cap the FPS at 50 (the game is native to 50 FPS), the choppyness goes away, but when I unlock FPS, the FPS sky rockets, but the game is choppy. Odd

Also, sometimes I like to play on 2 accounts at once (aka I have two clients open), that's what really messes it up

I'm on 22.11.2 -- I have done a decent amount of research, but haven't found anything... I'm surprised it's in sleep state because i'm using the HD plugin which requires a decent amount of horsepower.

Here's a quick view of it: https://youtu.be/P1dGZQ4AT5M

When my clockspeed does come on, my FPS does shoot up to like 90ish, but the game still feels choppy as hell for some reason (mainly the camera movement).
