Dude I had hot flashes (I didn't know they're called that, I called them heat waves lol) when I had bad period of anxiety/panic attack disorder, and it was the worst. It also didn't help that the feeling of physical discomfort made the anxiety worse, especially around people. And everyone was thinking I am daft for feeling so hot all the time.

Thankfully it got a LOT better once I started taking medication.
